  1. Usage: CONNECT <serverX> [[<port>] <serverY>]
  2.   Tells <serverY> to attempt to connect to <serverX> on port <port>
  3.   with <port> defaulting to the default port for that server
  4.   (probably 6667) and <serverY> defaulting to the local server

  6.   CONNECT is a server operator command.
